Here is a recent HSBA interview with Julia about her experiences during the dual studies with Hamburg Properties and HSBA.

Why business administration ?

Business administration faculty sets the basis for understanding of company's operations.

I chose the dual study model because of its variety when theory meets practice. This versatile degree program provides future oriented skills for one’s career.

Your most exciting project in the company so far?

It is so exciting to help Hamburg Properties (HPC) grow by bringing in my own ideas and putting then into practice. HPC is a young operation with great plans for the future.

Whilst on the job, I meet different interesting stakeholders, visit impressive buildings and spaces, lead projects independently. All this keeps me attracted and engaged in my role.

What job will you have after graduation?

I will be responsible for commercial real estate sales and marketing.

Developing Customer and Owner relations  will be of great importance in this respect.
